Welcome to the 2023-2024 Coaches Registration with Sauk Rapids Youth Hockey Association!

This application will ask you to provide personal contact information, background information, and experience information.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

SRYHA is continuously investing in our coaches and the education they receive to assist them in providing a fun and challenging season to maximize player development. We believe that the biggest asset of our youth hockey program is the coaching our players get. With this emphasis, we will be reviewing each coaching application and choosing the best applicants for each team. 

NOTE:

• No information included within this application will be shared with individuals or associations outside of our organization and will be used for the sole purpose of determining legibility for the requested position.
• Sauk Rapids Youth Hockey Association does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, sexuality, religion or in any other manner.

Each Coach must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2023-2024 Season. If you are currently registered as a coach or adult player through USA Hockey, and your registration will be valid through the season, you do not need to register again with USA Hockey.  Just provide your confirmation number on the next page.  If you do not have your confirmation number, you can print another copy of your confirmation page HERE (will open in a new window).

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration.  Be sure to PRINT and SAVE your confirmation code.  Each potential Coach must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
